It's kind of a lot of work, but for the lines and square, I go to the 'shapes' tab and make a square - get it the size i need (make it really thin) and then colorize it. For the square I just did 4 of the same shaped 'line' and boxed them together. I wish MM would give us a line maker option...maybe in the future...? Hope that helped...
