Guatemala baby

Description

My son and his wife recently went to Guatemala on a 17 day trip to visit the ruins. He borrowed my Nikon camera and took over 5,000 pictures. I told him 'borrowing' this picture of this adorable child would be 'my pay-back' for using the camera! Tourists can take pictures of scenery, animals and plants but when it comes to the native people, you have to pay them money. So after he took this picture, the young mother extended her hand for payment - about 25 cents. The baby was sitting straight up on her mother's back but leaned around to look at my son! So cute. I tried to make the trim around the frame look like the many strands of beads they sell in the local markets! Well, I tried ! ! ! ALL ELEMENTS MM2.

Thanks you guys! The photo is priceless - once in a life time shot! For the 'beads' I used: SPRINGTIDE by Jackie Eckles: blue dots, brown dots & ribbon dot frame / YOU GLOW by Michelle Coleman: dots / MULBERRY by Misty Cato: dot boarder. That's about it. Thanks again for looking :)
