Paris' Hotel de Ville

The Hotel de Ville (French for 'City Hall') is the building housing the City of Paris' administration. It is beautiful by day, but awesome by night. I was checking out the different photo effects, and fell in love with the oddity of this. I've posted the original photo as page 2.
