Management Team
Kerry Hill, CEO
Chief designer at Lasting Impressions and pioneer in the paper crafting
industry, Kerry is an active pundit and a sought after speaker whose
vision and passion for creating lasting memories drives her company.
Kerry began her career managing a multi-million dollar real estate
development firm in San Francisco, where she learned the value of
teamwork and motivation. In 1990, she left the real estate market and
began her foray into paper crafting by selling her first embossing
designs at a local craft fair. With that event, Kerry launched a new
segment of the card making industry-hand embossing. Today, with Kerry's
vision, Lasting Impressions is the industry leader in embossing and has
expanded into full lines of cards, scrapbooking papers, software
products, and accessories. Kerry studied computer science at Utah State
and Brigham Young University. She is an active CEO and mother of 2
children.
Lane Hill, COO
Lane studied business at University of California at Hayward. At age 24,
he organized a buyout of a Silicon Valley manufacturing firm, which he
continues to own and operate today. He currently sits on the Board of
Directors of an international organization of manufacturers. In 2004,
Lane joined Lasting Impressions full time to head operations.
Chad Gardner, VP Sales
Chad has over 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the
software industry and recently joined Lasting Impressions from SunGard
Data Systems where he served as a Senior Vice President of Sales. Over
the last 10 years, Chad has a proven track record of successfully
setting up sales organizations, opening new markets and exceeding sales
targets. He received his MBA from the University of Utah.
Bruce Law, CMO
With 20 years experience, Bruce is a recognized expert in creating
corporate brands, building industry momentum, and capturing market
leadership for high-tech and consumer-branded companies. Bruce has
delivered tangible results for household names like Intel and Lever
Brothers, as well as up-and-comers like NextPage and Control4. Bruce has
served as a VP of Marketing at the Network Professional Association,
Knowlix and NextPage.
Kent Thomas, CFO
A 20-year veteran in the finance industry, Kent brings a wealth of
experience that helps direct Lasting Impressions' strategy. Kent has
served as chief executive or chief financial officer/controller of seven
companies since 1980, including a $55 million, publicly traded
corporation, Marathon Office Supply, and most recently as the Vice
President and CFO of InsurQuote Systems, Inc. Kent started his career in
the Salt Lake City office of Ernst & Whinney in 1979.
